the staff supported me with storing medication, which i appreciated. sunaina, the duty manager, helped extend my room when i needed to move floors because of maintenance. i received an upgrade to a larger room, a very nice surprise (i really liked it!).

the air conditioning was set too high, and i could not get it regulated very well.

the fitness center has equipment for varied workouts, with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel also provides a very large and clean swimming pool, where guests can relax and enjoy their time at leisure.

The staff was attentive and helpful, anticipating needs quickly. The hotel offered a superb dining experience, particularly the vast breakfast spread. The room was spacious and impeccably clean (I was able to fully relax). The location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The concierge service was slightly slow in handling luggage requests.

the hotel's location was quite convenient next to the us consulate and jio world plaza. my room was spacious it had clean linens. i found the hotel facilities amazing the breakfast had a good spread.

i ordered a beer at the bar it took them around eight minutes to inform me about the stock availability.

the staff arranged a car to the hospital when my son wasn't feeling well. they prepared fresh food and checked on us regularly. their thoughtfulness and genuine care.
